All our items are made to order and shipped directly from our trusted production partners.
Shipping costs are calculated per item group based on location and availability — not as a flat rate.

• First item = standard base shipping cost
• Additional items = reduced shipping if fulfilled from the same location
• Different facilities = may ship separately, affecting total cost

🌍 Customs & Import Fees

We aim to ship from a local fulfilment centre when possible. However, depending on stock and product type, your order may be shipped from outside your country.

• Customs authorities may apply VAT, import taxes, or duties on delivery
• These fees are not included in your order total or shipping
• The customer is responsible for paying any such charges

The Captain Paul Watson Foundation UK is not liable for these fees.

⏱️ Delivery Times

Delivery estimates do not include production time (3–4 working days).

• Tracked 24: approx. 4–5 days total
• Tracked 48: approx. 5–6 days total

🔁 Returns Policy

Our store operates a print-on-demand model — each item is custom-made.
As a result, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size
• Colour choice
• Change of mind

We will, however, accept returns for faulty or misprinted items.
