Returns

Our store is a print on demand service, this means the products are unique and produced only once ordered. Because these are custom products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you order the wrong size, colour, or don’t like the product. We will only accept returns for faulty goods.

We hope you love your order, but understand there may be times when you need to return items to us due to faulty printing/manufacture. Should you need to return an item, if it is faulty, please contact us at merch@paulwatsonfoundation.uk before sending the goods back to us. We will then contact you with the correct procedure. 

 


Failed Deliveries & Returned Parcels

All of our products are made to order through a print-on-demand process. This means each item is custom produced especially for you, and we cannot resell returned goods.

If a delivery is attempted but not completed (for example, if you are unavailable to receive it, or the parcel is not collected from your local post office or courier depot), the order may be returned to our production partner.

➡️ In these cases:

  • Customers remain responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order.

  • Refunds cannot be issued for uncollected or returned parcels, as the items are made to order and exempt from standard return rights.

We strongly recommend tracking your delivery and ensuring someone is available to receive your parcel to avoid delays or extra charges.
