IMPORTANT: Delivery Times

The delivery times quoted when you select your shipping method are in addition to the production time which is normally 2-5 days. Therefore if you choose 'Tracked 24', this will be delivered in approx 4-5 days. 'Tracked 48' will be 5-6 days.

Production

All our items are 'Print-On-Demand'. The print on demand model allows us to sell products without having to invest in inventory first. Not only does this make it more affordable for people to get involved with print on demand, but it also removes the risk of investing in stock we can’t sell.

Unsold stock will often be thrown away, potentially resulting in a considerable volume of waste material. However, when the ethical print on demand model is used, products are only printed when they have been ordered. This model means there’s no need for store owners to throw any product away, regardless of how much they sell.

International Shipping & Customs Policy

Please note that some items may be shipped internationally. Depending on your location, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your country's customs authorities. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Any applicable customs fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. The Captain Paul Watson Foundation UK has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. By placing an order with us, you agree to cover any such costs that may arise upon delivery.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential charges before placing your order.

If an order is returned to us due to the customer providing incorrect delivery details, failing to accept the delivery, or not collecting it from the delivery office, the customer will be responsible for paying the cost of reshipment.
