Delivery: Please also note that all delivery times are in addition to the production time of 2-3 working days.
IMPORTANT: Delivery Times
The delivery times quoted when you select your shipping method are in addition to the production time which is normally 3-4 days. Therefore if you choose 'Tracked 24', this will be delivered in approx 4-5 days. 'Tracked 48' will be approx 5-6 days.Returns Policy
Our store is a print on demand service, this means the products are unique and produced only once ordered. Because these are custom products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you order the wrong size, colour, or don’t like the product. We will only accept returns for faulty goods. We hope you love your order, but understand there may be times when you need to return items to us due to faulty printing/manufacture. Should you need to return an item, if it is faulty, please contact us at merch@paulwatsonfoundation.uk before sending the goods back to us. We will then contact you with the correct procedure.
